Yorkshire Terrier Rescue is a collaborative network of volunteers who are contact points for those who wish to adopt or surrender a Yorkshire Terrier. Currently there is one club member prepared to take in, house and care for dogs who have been abused, are unwanted, or have no place to live. All surrendered Yorkies are given the appropriate veterinary care, not limited to a general examination, shots, spay/neuter procedures, and profuse affection & cuddles. There is an adoption fee which reflects the direct costs incurred by Rescue for the care of each dog. Club members volunteer time and resources to clean, groom and maintain a safe, clean and psychology secure environment for every surrendered dog. We carefully try to place each dog in a home that will best suits the dog’s particular needs.
